Our Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Engineering College (An Autonomous Institution) has 22 years of enchanting Education, as established in the year 2001 at Perambalur, Tamil Nadu. Our Institution is accredited with an ‘A Grade’ by NAAC in the year 2015 and further, it is Re-Accredited with the same Grade till 2025. Our Institute is conferred with Autonomous status from UGC and Anna University for a period of ten years. Our college is accredited by TCS. All Eligible UG Programmes are permanently affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. Our Institution is run by the Silver Jubilee celebrated Group of Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Charitable and Educational Trust, Perambalur, Tamil Nadu.

The College is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), NAAC, and affiliated with Anna University.

Course offered:

DSEC offered various courses such as Bachelor of Engg (BE),  ME /M.Tech in CAD/CAM, Communication Systems, Power Electronics and Drives, Computer Science and Engineering, MBA, MCA.

DSEC Admission:

Admission to the courses offered at DSEC is conducted on an Entrance basis. All applicants are required to sit for the TNEA Entrance examination for B.Tech admission and for the TANCET Entrance examination for PG courses. Counseling for all the courses is done by Anna University, Tamil Nadu.

Infrastructure and facilities :

DSEC has a well-maintained campus as well as a number of facilities that enable students to have a holistic and well-rounded academic experience. Some of them are listed below:

Hostel:

DSEC has well-maintained separate hostel facilities for both male and female students. The hostels are equipped with wifi, ATM, study rooms, and medical services. The students are also encouraged to use the Gym and Swimming Pool facilities to stay fit.

DSEC has an excellent Library facility with over 50,000 Books, Academic Papers, and Journals that can be used by students and faculty for study and research. The library also has a robust E-Library that provides users with a plethora of E-Books, E-Journals, and other Online resources.

The college is also equipped with a Mess that serves a variety of tasty and healthy meals. Both north Indian and south Indian meals are served to students.

DSEC is specially equipped with over 125 buses for the convenience of the students and faculty. This transport facility enables the students to travel to and from classes easily.

DSEC also provides its students with a wide variety of Sports facilities. These facilities include a Playground, Indoor & Outdoor Game Areas, Swimming Pool, and a Gymnasium.
